Great little machine by Wayne Molnar (Dec 9, 2023)

Needed something to burn my logo onto my woodworking projects. My results with a branding iron were spotty at best. Downloaded the app, plugged it in, focused the laser and it was ready. Took a pic of my logo and loaded it onto the app. Set the print size and off it went. Really crisp fine details considering it's only 20mm wide. Nice that it can easily be placed on the back of a bowl or a cutting board.

Brand new to this... Never had a laser burner or cutter before, and to be honest was skeptical of one that was as low cost as this one. However, after some research, I decided to take the chance. With 180 day refund policy, I hopefully wouldn't get caught in a scam. Well, I didn't. Got my laser within three working days (fantastic) and as advertised, it was "working" almost straight out of the box. I do quite a bit of CNC carving work with a Shark SD110 and Vectric design software, so i was a little familiar with the design process. Within a couple of hours I had six new logo designs completed and was burning test runs into 3/4 ply. Outstanding results; crisp, clean lines, readable detail even on small burns, very little 'leakage' from lines to the surrounding wood, just very satisfied with the results. Lots more to learn and understand with the nuances of the software and machine, but it's coming along. Overall so far, extremely satisfied. For work 3.1" x 3.1 inch, this is a great machine. Highly recommended.
