Precision height adjustments are now guaranteed accurate to within .001". With a Digital Absolute Encoder and a digital display conveniently recessed into the SmartLift Digital’s 9-1/4” x 11-3/4” x 3/8" top plate, bit height settings are repeatable to that same level of precision, thereby eliminating ALL future test cutting of ALL router bits. The SmartLift Digital™ incorporates a continuously self-adjusting anti-backlash direct-drive system. 100% of the Height Adjustment Handle’s movement results in perfect 1/16" to 1 movement of the Router Carriage. All moving components are either Stainless Steel or completely shielded from dust and debris, eliminating the wear and parts abrasion so common with all other lifts.
The SmartLift Digital will take any round motor, fixed based router from Porter Cable, Bosch, Makita or DeWALT. The Porter Cable 7518 and 7519 fit directly. Comes with a Height Adjustment Handle, Starter Guide Pin, Insert Ring Wrench and 3 Insert Rings (1/2", 1-3/8" and 2-1/2"). An optional 5 piece Insert Ring Set is available (3/4", 1", 1-1/2", 2" and a blank with a center alignment hole). USA.

Overall Rating: Write an online review and share your thoughts with other customers Sort Reviews: Newest | Oldest | Highest Rating | Lowest Rating - Wednesday, February 13, 2008 Very accurate Reviewed By: Richard Hyer (Ogden, Utah) I purchased this lift several months ago to replace a bench dog pro lift and found that I needed to make a larger hole in the router station to accommodate the smart Lift and also that the SL has a non standard radius on the corners so you will have to free hand while you rout out for the lift. The wrench to raise and lower is a standard 1/4" hex so you can raise and lower it with a drill if you are careful not to exceed the end stops. Overall it seems like a very accurate and solid lift after you get it in your router station. - Monday, October 06, 2008 I have owned one for several years. Reviewed By: David Bland (Sarasota, Florida) I am a Luthier. As such, I normally work in thousandths of an inch. I have found this tool to be a great help and very accurate. The folks that make the product are great. i keep my router table on my covered back deck. As a result my lift needed work after about two years. Sent it in, and for a nominal charge, they fixed it like new and sent it right back. I love the tool. Read More Reviews
