Returns Procedures and Policy


Thank you for shopping with HValley Tools. If you have any issues with your purchase, please follow these guidelines:

1. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Email a picture of the damaged or defective item to customerservice@hvalleytools.com.
  • Include your name, address, order number, and a description of the issue.
  • Please contact us first before sending the item back to us.
  • In most cases, we will replace the item free of charge without requiring a return.

2. Returns for Dissatisfaction or Items Ordered Incorrectly:

  • Fill out the return form enclosed in your package.
  • Mail the product back to us at the address provided.
  • If your purchase was made less than 180 days ago, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. After 180 days, the refund will be issued as a house credit.
  • Non-defective returns must be in the original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

3. Incorrect Items or Missing Shipment:

  • Email us at customerservice@hvalleytools.com to report any incorrect items or missing items from your shipment.
  • We will promptly address the issue and make it right.
