4 StarsImagine 2 blades with 2 sides each A1, A2, B1, & B2. Face A2&B1 together and you'll get a nice 1/4" or 4/16" dado. Face A1&B2 together and you get a perfect 3/8" or 6/16" dado. But "surprise!" turn only one blade over facing A1&B1 and you will also produce a perfect 5/16" dado. The manufacturer didn't think of that??? Worked well for me. BTW, yes, this is a great blade for dados.
