Improved Power & Accuracy

Adopting a laser spot compression technology, this new laser module has a focal spot of 0.1mm x 0.1mm, allows for a leap in power and accuracy. It can cut 4mm plywood in one pass. Fixed focus laser diode and upgraded heat dissipation design combined for a longer laser lifespan.

Laser Shield Protection

The laser head comes with a laser shield to filter laser radiation and avoid accidental laser exposure for safer operation. Note: Even with this design, goggles should always be worn when operating the machine.

Simply place the focus calibration tool under the laser module and drop the laser head down to it, the laser is then focused.

Stock Air Assist Nozzle

Light-weight aluminum air nozzle delivers improved engraving speed and quality, protects your optics from smoke and dust for better efficiency and longevity. For disassembly, Rotary thread design in combination with an optimized hex screw position makes possible quick and easy nozzle disassembly.

Direct exposure to the laser beam can cause severe burns and eye damage. Ensure that you are wearing proper laser safety goggles when working in the vicinity of the laser equipment.

Know the compatibility of the laser module and its maximum input voltage and current so as not to damage the laser.

When engraving reflective materials such as mirror stainless steel, it is recommended to paint the material surface black with a marker before engraving, preventing laser damage and unwanted laser exposure from the reflective laser beam.

After long hours of laser working, residue from smoke and dirt will accumulate on the laser lens, cleaning the lens regularly is needed. After working with oily materials, such as pine boards, cleaning the lens in time is necessary.

Cleaning method: use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to wipe the lens.

Please use a smoke exhaust device and ensure that the room or area you are operating the laser is well-ventilated.
