MLCS Rosette Cutters are carbide tipped bits designed to create a beautiful rosette profiles using your drill press or lathe. Inlay style leaves the finished rosette cut in the wood. These are carbide-tipped cutters. 2 flute, 1/2" shank, carbide-tipped cutters.For use in a drill press or lathe. For best results use slow controlled feed at 300-500 rpm on cherry, mahogany, maple, poplar, pine, or MDF wood.

A GREAT Rosette Cutter! by Allan Furman (Feb 27, 2008)
5 StarsI used my rosette cutter to make sets of checkers out of bald cypress, banyan, cherry and coconut palm - four very different woods. The cutter performed beautifully on all four. I recommend it without any reservation.
