The Kreg Router Table System includes the Table Top (A), Insert plate (B), Insert Plate Levelers (C), Precision Router Table Fence (D) and Kreg Universal Steel Stand (E).
The Table Top (A) is made from a vibration resistant MDF which features an Easy-Slide™ Micro-Dot skin which makes it easy to slide work pieces across the surface. Table Surface Dimensions: 24" x 32". The top is 1-3/32" thick reinforced with two steel support struts which prevent bending or bowing. Combination Miter/T-Slot works with a variety of accessories. For very precise router bit height adjustments, the Kreg Table also accommodates all JessEm and Smart-Lift router lifts right out of the box. No modification to the plate opening is required.
The 3-Piece Phenolic Insert Plate (B)
(9-1/4" x 11-3/4" x 3/8") has been designed to mount to any router utilizing your router’s base plate and the easy to use template.
The insert plate has a 3-5/8" opening and comes with dual reducing rings (2" and 1-3/16") which boast three sets of leveling/lock-down screws and are compatible with standard guide bushings for fast and
easy template routing on your router table. Optional Phenolic Zero Clearance Insert Ring (J) is available.
The unique Router Insert Plate Levelers
(C) eliminates the need for a supporting rabbet and features a unique bottom-mount design with 8 adjustable points of contact, four-corner lock-downs for stability, and locating tabs for easy installation.
The 36" Precision Router Table Fence (D) features a t-square style design which keeps the fence permanently parallel to
the miter slot making small adjustments easy. The fence is made from a rigid, fully-enclosed aluminum extrusion which supports even the largest work pieces, and provides a vacuum chamber for superior dust collection.
The fence includes two independent fence faces with dual acrylic depth setting rods to quickly turn your router into a jointer. The rods are stored inside the fence and allow for 1/16" and 1/32" offsets. A magnified lens cursor over an adjustable scale lets you forget about using a tape measure and a pencil. A cam lockdown lever secures the fence. The optional Micro Adjuster (F) allows for even more precise settings.
True-FLEX™ Featherboards (G) attach to a standard miter-slot or
T-slot on a table saw, router table or bandsaw using an exclusive wedge-lock system which secures it without the need for additional hardware. Flip it over to use it as a stop block. The 6-1/2" wide by 7-1/4" deep featherboard is 5/8" thick and molded from durable plastic.
The Kreg Universal Steel Stand (E) is adjustable from 31" to 36" in height. The Heavy-Duty 3" Casters (H) add mobility to your stand and feature durable polymer tires with dual-locking mechanisms which protects against caster roll and pivot (Fits Kreg Steel Legs 448-6254 only).
