About Us

Eagle America was founded in 1989 with the goal of providing woodworkers with the highest quality American Made Router Bits at affordable prices. We remain true to that goal today. We started out as a small family business whose first catalog had only 30 pages and 700 items, most of which were router bits. We also sold most of our bits by exhibiting at woodworking shows all around this beautiful country. In those days you received technical help, customer service, and your change and receipt directly from Dan Walter, our founder! It's amazing how we have changed thanks to you, our loyal friends and customers.

Today we are still family owned and operated, but our product selection has grown substantially. We now offer over 3,500 items ranging from the largest selection of high quality American Made router bits in the industry, to over 1,500 other woodworking tools and accessories. From router bits and saw blades to woodworking plans and power tools we try to offer a variety of solutions to our customers most frequent woodworking needs. We manufacture items ourselves and offer complementary items from some of the industry's most well known names such as Jet, Delta, Freud, DeWalt, and Porter Cable to name a few. Times sure have changed.
